Homework
At The Mandeville School, we want every student in our community to believe, achieve and succeed. We want our students to take ownership of their learning and form independent learning habits which will enable them to achieve their academic potential and experience life to the full outside of school. Homework is essential in consolidating knowledge, developing skills, reflecting on learning, instilling curiosity and a desire to build knowledge over time. Homework is weekly priority for students at TMS. Each department sets homework weekly on Google classroom. All homework is organised under a ‘Homework’ topic at the bottom of each students’ Google classroom which looks like this:
Students will have a full week to complete each piece of homework. Each department will check homework is completed weekly.
